In November 2025, Eminence Ways competed in the SEE Impact Award 2025, organised by SIFEM (Swiss Investment Fund for Emerging Markets). The award recognises small and growing businesses across emerging markets that are creating jobs and demonstrating clear social or development impact. Eminence Ways won the Pioneer category, which focuses on early-stage companies with promising initiatives, receiving a prize of USD 50,000.

The recognition was for CyberReady Nepal, Eminence Ways' initiative to address the shortage of trained cybersecurity professionals in the country. Nepal's digital economy is growing, but the supply of people with the skills to support and secure it has not kept pace. CyberReady Nepal is designed to change that by training existing professionals, bringing fresh graduates into the field through structured internships, and building connections across the industry. One to Watch supported Eminence Ways through the application and preparation process for the award.

Following the award, Mr. Tej Bhattarai, representative from SIFEM, and Ms. Cecile Riviere, First Secretary at the Embassy of Switzerland in Nepal, alongside the One to Watch team, visited Eminence Ways this month to interact with the team and learn more about the company and its work.

Through the funding, Eminence Ways has made steady progress since the launch of CyberReady Nepal. In the first quarter, the company conducted a skills assessment, trained eight of its own staff, set up an online learning platform, and signed partnerships with two colleges for talent sourcing. By the second quarter, the first batch of interns have been placed with industry partners for three-month placements, with ongoing work on professional certifications and more advanced training tracks running in parallel.

Eminence Ways continues to execute on its plans, with further internship cycles and certification tracks scheduled in the coming months.
