One to Watch attended the Gender Lens Investment Immersive Bootcamp 2023, organized by Dutch Good Growth Fund (DGGF) for its investees. Held in the vibrant city of Amsterdam, Netherlands from June 13th to June 15th, the bootcamp was a remarkable opportunity to deepen our commitment to gender equality and inclusion.

The 3-day program featured a dynamic blend of classroom-style training, insightful case studies, enriching peer sharing, breakout sessions, and interactive discussions. Moreover, notable presentations from 2X Global and PwC addressed topics such as the 2X Challenge and Gender-Based Violence and Harassment (GBVH).

This immersive experience has empowered us with the knowledge and support to drive gender inclusion within our organization, making us better equipped to advocate for gender equality and identify impactful actions to support female entrepreneurs, fostering a more equitable ecosystem.
