As part of our preparations for raising equity fund, One to Watch has recently partnered with 3X Impact, a global advisory team specializing in impact investing and fundraising. During their visit to Kathmandu, the team engaged closely with our leadership and staff, taking the time to understand our platform, ambitions, and challenges. This session was made possible with the support of Invest for Impact Nepal (IIN), whose collaboration continues to strengthen the local impact ecosystem.

We had the pleasure of hosting Ms. Andrea Heinzer, Ms. Alison Klein, and Ms. Clarisa De Franco, who bring a wealth of international experience in fund management, impact investing, and capital mobilization. Importantly, they have held senior roles at leading Development Finance Institutions (DFIs) such as SIFEM, FMO, and British International Investment (BII). Their expertise in designing, managing, and scaling impact funds in emerging markets is already proving invaluable as we chart the next phase of OTW’s growth.

Over the course of interactive workshops and discussions, the 3X Impact team provided constructive feedback on:

• Pitch deck content & delivery – sharpening our story for global investors.
• Team & strategy alignment – ensuring our structure supports our long-term growth.
• Impact & ESG positioning – clearly demonstrating how OTW creates measurable, lasting change.
• Track record presentation – showcasing our decade of experience and exits in a compelling manner.

The collaboration with 3X Impact is structured as a series of sessions, where we will refine materials, explore investor targeting, and address strategic questions. This engagement will directly support our fundraising journey, equipping us with the tools, confidence, and clarity to reach the right investors and scale NIIC II successfully.
