We are pleased to share that Eminence Ways and Karma Coffee have been shortlisted for the prestigious SIFEM SEE Impact Award 2025.

The SEE Impact Award 2025 aims to support portfolio companies of funds and financial institutions in SIFEM’s portfolio to create scalable initiatives that improve workforce skills, employability, and raise employment quality, fostering sustainable economic growth and innovation in emerging markets.

One to Watch was appointed by SIFEM as a coach to support companies in their applications and proposal writing. Through rigorous coaching, we guided 12 potential companies, helping them refine their impact proposals and presentation skills. Out of these, two companies – both of which are also part of our NIIC 2 portfolio – have successfully made it to the shortlist.

Representing Nepal, Eminence Ways and Karma Coffee will travel to Zurich, Switzerland this November to present their pitches before an international jury. They will be competing for prizes of USD 50,000 and USD 100,000, with the winners announced at the final event.

• Eminence Ways is a pioneering cybersecurity company in Nepal, providing advanced digital security services and solutions. Their mission is to strengthen organizations’ resilience against cyber threats while building local capacity in cybersecurity through training and awareness programs.

• Karma Coffee is a sustainable coffee enterprise that works directly with Nepali farmers, ensuring fair prices and promoting organic, high-quality coffee. The company champions transparency across the coffee value chain and supports rural communities by creating sustainable livelihoods.

This recognition reflects not only the outstanding work of these two companies but also the value of dedicated mentorship and support in helping enterprises succeed on the international stage.
